Our Policies


SoGu - Public Image Optimization doesn't collect or receive data submitted via web forms other than e-mail forms. The information collected via e-mail forms is intended to be handled for general information and will not include more than the name and email address of the sender. SoGu - Public Image Optimization practices prevention of abuse, and we may therefore retain part or all of the data submitted in case of suspected abuse. In such a case, data may be held by us for analysis or review. There is no data collected from visitors unless they choose to send an e-mail form. Cookies are not used. This data is used, by ourselves and our contractors, for order and shipment administration. For orders we may request by e-mail: First Name, Last Name, home or work e-mail, billing and shipping address and payment information. This payment information is used only by us and the acquiring payment processor. The shipping information is forwarded only to the original provider for the completion of shipment.

Claims and refunds

Cancellation of an order can be requested until 5.00 PM (UTC) of the day of the order. All orders are shipped with a tracking number provided. Full refund for non delivery after 45 days of the scheduled shipment is available. Returns and exchange are not available. In spite of the careful screening of providers and alertness to the quality of the items and services that we make available, we have no direct physical contact with the production of such items at any time and therefore we are not in position to receive any claims for the items themselves, all claims must be directed to the original provider. We can, nevertheless, receive and process claims and refunds for non delivery within the time-schedule published by the original provider.


We don't accept requests for products or programs that:

  • 1. Are considered illegal at the country of the delivery address
  • 2. Are regulated at the country of the delivery address
  • 3. Are adult-only related
  • 4. Endorse alcohol, tobacco or illegal substances
  • 5. Endorse animal killing
  • 6. Endorse offensive or criminal behaviour

  • 8. Relate to protected cultural items
  • 9. Endorse racism, religious or other separatism
